Every property and enquiry is different. Here is the usual route, with an initial assessment visit only when it helps us recommend the right work.

We assess your site
We review the details and ask the right questions. For existing systems or new designs, an initial site visit may be useful.
Initial visit only if needed
Receive a recommendation
We explain the proposed service, installation or design, and provide a clear quote where appropriate.
Approve and book
Once you’re happy with the proposal and payment arrangements are agreed, we schedule the work at your site.
We carry out the work
Our technician visits to service or install your extinguishers or alarms, and discusses any important findings.
Get records and next steps
Receive a service report and any applicable certification, plus recommendations and options for ongoing support.
