Whether you work alone or look after a busy building, you need a clear plan, people who know it and extinguishers and alarms you can account for.
A coffee van and a school do not need identical arrangements. If you are responsible for a workplace or other non-domestic premises, start with its fire risk assessment and emergency plan. They help you decide which precautions fit your people and your site.
Read the government guidance →Your team, visitors and contractors should know how a fire would be noticed, how to leave and where to find the procedure. Keep the plan practical, visible and up to date as your site changes.
Explore evacuation planning →Which extinguishers and alarms are on site? When were they last checked? Are any faults still open? Answers and clear service records make the next decision easier, especially across several locations.
Explore the fire safety guides →Safe Cinder can help with extinguishers and alarms. Responsibility for the fire risk assessment and the wider fire safety arrangements stays with the person or people in control of the premises.
How we help
You do not need to diagnose the issue before contacting us. We listen, look at what is already there, recommend a practical next step and document the work.
Tell us what you have, what has changed or what is worrying you. A photo or previous report helps. If we need to see the premises before recommending work, we will arrange a visit.
We explain the extinguisher or alarm work we recommend, and quote where appropriate. Once agreed, we arrange service or installation around your site and agreed payment terms.
After the work, you receive a service report and any applicable certification. We flag what still needs attention and discuss ongoing support if useful.
A question, a photo or a previous service report is enough to start. We’ll explain what we can do and what happens next.
